Where and How Long Will a Session Last?
I have a list of preferred locations around the Central Ohio region that can be used for your location. Depending on where you select, we may be able to incorporate more than one location during your shoot. Most shoots will last between 1 hour for family sessions and 1.5 - 2 hours for senior sessions. I don't like to put an exact set time, though so we don't feel rushed.
How Many Outfits are Permitted During Each Session?
Seniors may have 3-4 outfits depending on location and dream collection of final products.
Family sessions may have 1-2 outfits depending on location and age of children.
What If It Rains or We Need to Cancel
Weather and life happens! If someone gets sick or the weather is less than cooperative, don't worry. We will find another date for your session. Sessions are secured by the NON-REFUNDABLE Creative Fee Retainer. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes to prepare for a photo session and I've most likely turned away other clients in order to hold a date for you, thus cancellations are non-refundable.
When Can We See Our Photos and How Are They Shared?
You will get a sneak peek at your photos on social media within 1-2 days. The fully edited reveal will be sent to you approximately 10 days after your session as a private slideshow. You will be able watch this as many times as you like and share it with friends and family for 48 hours. You'll receive instructions on how to choose your Collection and select your favorite photos that will be delivered back to you within 48 hours as a private gallery.
Can I Get Image Files and Print My Pictures?
Each collection will include a number of digital files and a print release. I do not provide digital files as a sole option to purchase. Rather, I provide a generous print credit that you may use to have your selected prints done by my professional printing company. Discount labs like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc. provide low-quality printing that can give poor results. I believe your prints are part of the investment and should be of high quality that will last for generations.
Do You Do Any Retouching on Blemishes, Eye Circles, Etc?
Yes! I hand edit each photo to ensure you look your absolute best and each photo shines!
We Want to Include Grandparents in Our Family Session. Can They Join Us?
I'd love to photograph your entire family! Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins...everyone! Family sessions are priced for immediate family, but extended family sessions are available for an additional fee.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept and When is Payment Due?
I accept cash, check, Pay Pal, and Venmo. Payment of the Creative Fee and Retainer is due at time of booking.
Do You Offer Payment Plans?
Yes! You can start a payment plan as soon as you book so everything is paid for when you scheduled your session.
Do You Have a Referral Program?
I sure do! I have built my business by word of mouth and to thank my amazing clients I offer a $50 credit off the next session when they send a referral to me that books a session.
How Far Do You Travel?
I am based out of Delaware, Ohio and will travel to any location outside of a 30 mile radius. Travel fees may apply beyond that range. Please contact me for more details.
